Howard:

L1 is used to adjust the frequency of the 9.00 MHz crystal.  T1 is a 455 
kHz tuned circuit. You can probably make a new one from an old 455 kHz 
IF transformer. Q1 and Q2 are type MPS-3693. I'm sure that you can find 
them or an acceptable substitute. Unfortunately, the values or part 
numbers of L1 and T1 are not given. I'm sure that Ten-Tec can help you 
with this.

I have the data sheet for the FM board. I can scan it for you. It shows 
how to interconnect the board and provides a circuit description and 
schematic.
