The Omni VII uses an Icom CI-V interface. You should be able to get
Logger32 to work by configuring it for an Icom 735 with a CIV address of 04h
at 1200 baud.
My N4PY Icom program will control it.

Absolutely none! Save your money. Run RS-232 from computer to Omni. Run
audio-in and out from Omni to computer sound card. Build a one-transistor
CW interface.
Many people who buy the supposed plug-and-play interfaces end up pulling
their hair out with both hardware and software configuration problems.
You're a ham. Do it yourself. Save time. Save money. Gain
satisfaction. Have more fun.
