OK, so set the power 100 is fine?
I thought I might have to set it at 25.

I looked at the Orion's output on AM recently (latest fw) with a scope
and it looks to be tightly controlled.  You'll get 25W carrier output
with power setting of "100".  Use the usual mic gain setting routine
(ALC led blinking) and you'll get well modulated AM - it is difficult
to over-modulate the Orion on AM.
