Are you running a serial output from the Orion to the computer?  If you 
disconnect the serial cable and attempt to duplicate the problem is it still 
there??

If it disappears I'd think it's an RFI problem and you might cure it with some 
ferrite cores on the serial cable.

If the problem persists disconnect everything except the power supply and 
antenna and see if the problem goes away.  Then plug "stuff" back in one cable 
at a time to try and isolate the source.

Anyone have an issue with the Orion switching bands or changing frequency while 
operating with high power? It seems it only happens on the higher bands 17-10 
meters, 20 meters to 160 no problems. Any thoughts?
