Be careful.  When I worked for a Motorola service center, I saw these 
explode when techs put them in backwards.  (Do not lean over the radio 
and hit the power switch.)  I just checked my stash and all the tantalum 
capacitors I have show a + sign on one lead.  A magnifying glass helps.
