Tests are shown working on alot of materials like plastics and leather even 
good for your hands ! It is made from plants , environment friendly ! Maybe i 
should try it first on my old Argo that needs a lil help !

You need to test the lube on some plastic similar to the Ten Tec 
plastics to be sure it does not destroy the plastic parts.  You should 
be able to get the chemical sheet and see what the constituents of the 
lube are, and if there are any warnings about affecting other materials. 
  Contact the manufacturer, try their web site first.

It is better to be cautious on older equipment where replacement parts 
are not common.
