Hi Barry,
    Mouser allows you to create a project and add a bill of material and to 
order the bill of material.  However, you do all of that under your personal 
account.  I don't know how to make that Bill of Material public.  I can call 
Mouser on Monday and see if I can do that.  I like Mouser better than Digikey 
because the mouser parts search engine is about 1000% better than Digikey's.  
also, Mouser's prices are usually just a bit better than Digikey's.  I only buy 
from Newark or Allied as a last resort!

Do any of the major parts sellers (Mouser, DigiKey, Newark, etc) have
the ability to create a bill of materials online that you could enter
and then have individuals just easily order everything on the bill?
