Not just the Corsair II - from the info I can locate the Omni A/B/C/D, Argosy, 
Corsair (560) and possibly the Triton IV/540/544 all used the '4136 in the 
notch and/or AF filters. (Some engineer(s) at TT must have liked the 
device....)
