The easy fix for taking spare Scout Modules along is an box from the
kitchen supplies store. It is narrow to hold the modules with the band
nomenclature upwards. A foam cushion could be added to protect the card
edge connectors while facing down.

This allows taking the whole lot of band modules, 160 to 10, with one in
the radio.

As a practical matter, I also have a plastic carrying case for the
Scout, that has just enough room for two modules under the radio tilted
up on its front bale. The hand mike fits to one side of the
transceiver. Often for portable ops, 3 modules, (one in radio and two
in case) will carry the weekend of operation.

This case became a regular way to carry the Scout to Field Day.
