Spencer, why would you want to or need to do that?
The transceiver only switches into transmit when you key a dit or dah, in
which case it is drawing a lot of current.
It is not idling in between.
I can't see any technical benefit in doing that.

I have a model 560 corsair that I will use for CW only. Can I adjust the
power amp bias for lower idle current and not cause problems?

Are the narrow (500 and 250) filters available?
