Is your antenna a single wire dipole, Folded dipole, what? Trying to figure
out your feed point impedance.

Try placing a coil about 10 to 12 turns of #12 insulated wire between each
half of your feed line, see if you can tie wrap the coils close together
looking like a coil and not bunched up wire. Coil can be 2 to 3 inches OD.
 Wind on a smaller form cause it will expand out to a larger size.  Does
not have to look pretty. You may have to put capacitance across it. try
this at the end of the feed line at the tuner first. if it works try it at
the antenna and feed line.
