Anyone familiar with the Hercules II relays?

Mine now keeps the antenna disconnected from the transceiver (O7) whenever the
amp is on. Pulled the amp on to the bench and sure enough IN doesn't connect to
OUT as soon as power is applied.

I've been staring at the schematic of the INPUT BOARD but am mystified by how
it's supposed to work. Sure enough when power is applied IN and BYPASS are no
longer connected, I presume because K1 has pulled in and K3 has not. However,
it's K3 that doesn't make any sense to me. I don't see how any receive signal
gets through with K3 open (which it is) but it is not one of the fast reed
relays and it's labelled QSK bypass.

Jon
