I've been dragging the PixelLoop to hamfests for a bit more than a year now and 
I can't imagine a better compact receiving antenna.  They JUST work, especially 
in compromise situations.

Jim WD5IYT in our shop has the K9AY up and it is excellent for the low bands 
when you have crummy ground conductivity.  Most of Central Texas is rocky hills 
so the K9AY shines.
