Yes, this does the job superbly.
The only thing that bothered me about the WinKey is that you have to have a
computer to change parameters.
The nice thing is, you can add about 8ms pre-dit delay to the Eagle's
inherent 17ms (or 10ms to the OR and OM7 15ms) and have 25ms delay, which is
perfect for Ameritron amps without the QSK-5 option.
The second nice thing about the WinKey is, you can set the post-dit delay
(hang time delay) to a value to suit your current keying speed, and if you
increase or decrease your keying speed, it automatically adjusts the hang to
match.

It will control 2 radios, if desired. In addition, contesting programs can
directly address the PTT function inside the WinKey for voice keyer use to
