Reaally?  Who says?  How do you know?

I used the antenna I described on Field Day, running 5 watts, making
contacts from British Columbia to Puerto Rico and San Diego to New
Hampshire.  I doubt I tested anyone's AGC, but it did work at a certain
level.  I've worked Europe, Caribbean, South America, Alaska, Hawaii and
some Pacific Islands, usually but not always running 5 watts, 40-10M.

So it works at some level.  How well, I can't say, and as far as I have
found, no one else can either.
