A bit off thread, but…has anyone else been having problems lately with paypal
since they split from ebay? This was the body of a message I got today from
paypal after having my account frozen for 21 days for no clear apparent
reason….this after being their customer for a long time and having a 100
percent seller rating.

Dear Denton Sprague,

Hello! I'm Kim, a PayPal Product and Site Support specialist. I will be happy
to assist you via this email.

I understand that you want your pending funds to be available on your PayPal
account. Not to worry, I have resolved your concern, Denton. We value you as a
customer and I have manually released your funds for you. You can transfer the
funds to your bank account or you may use it for your future transactions here
with PayPal. In the future, Please provide tracking number both on your eBay
and PayPal accounts.

In the future, your funds will be released 3 days after we have your tracking
information and can confirm your item was delivered.

You just need to continue what you’re doing as a good seller and eventually you
will be exempted on this program. I really want to make things easier for you.
Once you completed the below steps, you will be exempted on the payment holds:

1. Have more than 25 sales transactions
2. Have more than 90 days since their first sale on eBay
3.Total sales greater than $250.00 USD

I'm glad I was able to resolve your concern and assist an important customer
today. Thank you for choosing PayPal, the safer and trusted online payment
solution.
