Check those little relays on the A0 board.  I had 100w out on the meter, but 0w 
at the connector.  If you don't have a built in tuner. there's a short jumper 
that carries rf as well.Good luck.VanW7IEX

Start with antenna connector and look for cracked solder joints in the 
RF output path.  Especially at the driver and finals.
