[TenTec] Omni-VI Repairs

I recently purchased a Omni-VI and it was damaged in shipping. The mic/pwr
pot shaft was broke off and knob broken, the sql/nb pot shaft bent and
unusable and the keyer speed pot and knob broken.

Anyone have any of these spare parts or know a source?  Also not opened
radio yet, are any of these difficult to replace?

The radio seems to work other than these problems, I have wanted Omni-VI
for years, and really want to fix and keep this radio.
