OK so after work today I started to probe around on the logic board with an
oscilloscope and every signal looks OK.. OK in that it looks like 5V logic
data. Looking at the ICs and where the signal goes, I do not see any
information coming out of the chips that drive the front panel or VFD. Is
it possible the EPROM got scrambled? I have a USB logic analyzer and can
look at the data coming on the buses, but I would need to know what I am
looking for. Does anyone have any information on what I can look for to see
if the EPROM data is correct?

Does anyone have an EPROM I could purchase? (assume it is low cost I am not
wanting to throw too much money at this old radio)
