Have an Orion 1 up for grabs….have spent some time refurbishing this rig back
up to snuff and it now seems to be functioning good. All buttons and encoders
seem to work properly.
All filter positions filled with TT filters and as built in antenna tuner.
100% output all bands and modes.
Installed newer black/white display…old one was getting tired and dim.
Cleaned connectors with deoxit, so sub receiver is now working consistently.
Rebuilt A3 power distribution board with new caps.
New memory battery was replaced 2-3 years ago.
Installed pigtail with anderson power poles and fuse holder for dc power input.
Installed 10 ohm resistor in dc line to display backlight…keeps display from
getting too warm from backlight.
Drilled two small holes in bottom of chassis to facilitate access to display
contrast and mic gain.
Comes with hand mic, manual and anything else can find that goes with the rig.
I want $650.00, includes shipping via fedex and will take pay pal.
Reason for selling…migrating to sdr rigs and will consider an Icom 7300 plus a
little pay pal cash for trade.
