I recently acquired a 4229 tuner, which has had the Hi-Z/Lo-Z/Bypass knob fail. (Cracked plastic where it connects to the shaft). Of course it failed on first use, fortunately l had a (non matching) temporary replacement. Other gear also uses this knob... the bandswitch on my Corsair II, for one. If anyone has a spare or three that they are willing to part with, please contact me off list. Thanks! 73, ron W3WN _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
