Randy,
I had about the same problem with my Orion II. Looked at the pwr board and
immediately noted one of the 470uf caps was bulging. No luck with Mouser, but
I was able to get the equivalent from Lead Electronics in NY. The two that are
side by side were a tight fit, but all worked well, and the Orion runs like a
new one.

It took a week to get them, but the fault was with the post office/heavy
holiday traffic.

PS It was a pain to get the solder out of the holes. I finally used a sewing
needle along side the soldering iron to poke the solder out of the board.
