[TOEC] BC on 7090

Hej v�nner!Min goda v�n Chen BY1HAM i Beijing vill ha hj�lp med att
lyssna efter
en ny BC station i Taiwan p� 7090 kHz. Jag tror att han vill samla
rapporter om att stationen h�rs runt om i v�rlden f�r att sedan ut�va
p�tryckningar om att den b�r flytta ut ur amat�rradiobandet.

Chen var till f�r tv� �r sedan anst�lld, och nyckelperson p� CRSA
(Kinas motsvarighet till SSA). Chen hj�lpte mig n�r jag planerade
f�rsta EME-aktiviteten n�gonsin fr�n BY, och han var med och k�rde de
f�rsta g�ngerna.
