[TOEC] SAC Committee

What I have been able to observe on both the TOEC and CCF reflectors, many
prominent contesters from both sides of the pond think that as a step 1 a
SAC Contest Committee should be created. 

I therefore urge the CCF board to plan a SAC Forum for the CCF Cruise in
January, where this issue could be debated and decisions could be made. It
should preferably lie on Saturday so Swedes that come on the boat can
participate, and I further encourage CCF to send Invitation letters to all
the Nordic contest managers through their respective leagues so that this
will be seen as a serious meeting, I don’t think we should step on their
toes! They should be apart of this discussion, and decision!

Let's meet in January and get serious consensus in this issue! Rule changes
have time to come later, lets first of all concentrate on cleaning up the
mess from previous years and restore SAC as THE contest!

>From my opinion today all made SAC proposals sound very familiar.
I think we went through all this about one or two years ago.

Nothing happened.

Let's continue step by step. First we need this SAC committee which will
organisate dialogues among the contester.
Then it's time to make proposals for the rules, not now.

Because I am a member of CCF I suggest they will start the job to establish
a Scandinavian shared committee.
If anyone else is willing to establish this committee he will get my
support.
