[TOEC] "Revolutionizing" SAC

Hello all,
I like this idea but I would like to ask how much paper logs are
actually sent in each year? Is it so low that we can just forbid the use
of paper logs? I know 9A CW for example does this, they only accept
cabrillo logs.
