Replying to Gary KN0Z about spanish SSB on 1830
Heard it here weakly around 0200.
We had problem also in our evenings last winter and occasionally now over
group of western EUs (mainly OZ) who have SSB net on 1837kHz. They refuse
to observe bandplan or shift and like arguments! Some of them same guys who
caused QRM on 1833 before.
Also continuous multiple carriers from western EU areas on 1816, 1825 and
now 1836. Strong data station on 1851 (GM, north PA or Southern LA?).
