TopBand: ZD8Z on TopBand 9-29 utc

ZD8Z was audible here in KS from around
0420 to 0520 when I went QRT with a 579
to 599 signal. Worked at 0509 on 1.831.9
QSX up 2 with 100w. He appeared to be
having alot of stations calling from Europe
and seemed to have difficulty copying U.S.
