TopBand: XZ1N finally

I noticed that right after posting a message about how you hear somebody
loud and still can't work them (N6TR and ZS4TX, to wit) that you then go on
to work them.  Amazing!  XZ1N finally heard me at 1636Z!  He worked KH6CC
just before.  Way to go Jack.
