TopBand: Great condx to EU

Nice band opening from midwest and west
coast to Europe after 0600 utc. Worked 
OH3LYG and OZ1LO 12-28 for new ones.
At one point four OHs coming thru.
GW3JXN still coming in after 0815 utc. 
V63KZ hrd on 1.823.5 around 1300 but 
balloon came down due to "freezing fog!"
