Hi all, I am considering a sloping vertical i.e.: fed at the ground with wire running up to the top of the tower (about 96') at feedpoint about 75' from tower. I remember seeing this in an article somewhere but can't recall where. Your comments would be appreciated. BTW- I am having severe power line qrn and am waiting a return call from the utility, so I have not been on much. 73 and best dx Kevin NL7Z ... -- FAQ on WWW: http://www.contesting.com/topband.html Submissions: topband@contesting.com Administrative requests: topband-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-topband@contesting.com Sponsored by: Akorn Access, Inc. & N4VJ / K4AAA |
