I had my first transatlantic opening this autum today at 0330 UTC when Jeff
K1ZM came through
with a very good signal. Also heard K1VW weakly but he did not hear me.
Struggled to get LU6BKX just before the sun was up totally.
I herewith declare the autum 1997 160m season for open.
