TopBand: Wyoming Report

Finally a little improvement in the shadow of the auroral oval.  

   Heard and worked DF2PY at 0705/011798 on 1.832.  It appears he had few
takers. He was copiable for about 20 minutes, peaked in the center of this
period when I worked him, but still only 459 due to QSB.  

  Spent some time with some weak ones only to find they were stateside
calling CQ,  darn.
