TopBand: P4 Solar Eclipse Feb 26 - Grayline Propagation?

QST ran a feature story within the last 4 of 5 years on the affect of the
solar eclipse on HF propagation - if anyone has the CD ROM index you should be
able to find it.  As I recall it was scientifically prepared and did report
similar propagation phenomena during the event as reported by the Norwegian
station here on the reflector - 80 meters I recall.
