TopBand: H40AA Sunrise/Sunset

        For everyone's info, H40AA sunrise and sunset times follow:

                Sunrise         Sunset

01 April         1901            0702
08 April         1901            0658

        It appears that their only chance to Europe is before their
sunrise at 1901 since all of Europe will be in daylight before H40 sunset
at 0702.  USA and Japan should have a relatively easy time since there
is much darkness overlap.  Let's hope the QRN doesn't plague them like
the 9M0C operation!
