Hi All, October 6th. S.S. 1019, S.R. 2137Z...1030/1145Z, a fantastic
opening, many thanks for the 40 plus QSO's..W1 to W0 wkd (except 6 & 7)
band folded completely at 1145z Listened later for W6 & 7 ..wkd KF7PG at
1316 who had an auroral flutter no other stations heard. Also heard 9M2AX
and KH2/K4SXT. 2045/2155z... band dead until heard UA3UNL at 2111z and had a
QSO...after that I have never heard so many EU stations with such loud
signals. Last QSO at 2149z ( 30 Eu in the log), kept going hoping there
might be a long path opening but no luck. Noticed Steve, 6VZ, going after
the band died here...his sunrise is 10 minutes after mine. Will not be too
active in the evenings (1000/1300z) over the next three days as my son is
visiting. 73 es dx de Mike VK6HD
