TopBand: Worked All Grids on 160m idea

John Mitchell's idea of a Worked All Grids award sounds a very interesting
idea and if not the basis for scoring for the Stew Perry Topband Distance,
maybe could be used to breath new life as a multiplier into the CQ 160?...

Grids sound very good to me - and lots of fun on 160m.
