TopBand: XZ1N QSX Frequencies

        I see Robin is listening on several different frequencies
when working North America.  Could I ask our subscribers in JA and
VK to please announce his QSX frequencies on your Packet systems
when you hear him.  His preannounced QSX frequency is 1827-1830 but
today he was apparently listening on 1831 when I heard him around 1200
today.  Thanks for your help!
