Good news from the Pacific Ocean. The Czech group that has been on
as T30R on Tarawa, West Kiribati has just landed on Banaba and is now
active as T33RD. Operators include Jarda, OK1RD, Jiri, OK1RI,
Slavek, OK1TN. They will be on the island for one week. Logs will
be posted on http://www.okdxc.cz/pacific99/logy.htm after they get
home. They plan to be on 160 meters at 09:00Z tomorrow using a 26.5
meter vertical. The following suggested frequencies are from their
home page. On 160 meters they were hanging on 1828 while at T30R.
CW: 1822, 3505, 7005, 10106, 14022, 18072, 21022, 24892, 28022, 50105
SSB: 3795, 3805, 7075, 14195, 18145, 21295, 24945, 28495, 50110
QSL cards go via OK1RD.
