touch with PS7KM or PT7AA, please try to convince them!

(Egon PY2BW says he will try to convince them! A loaded vertical near
salt water will work very well. I believe ZY0SB (op PY1BVY) actually
strung up a dipole between two islands during the 1987 expedition but
that should not be necessary. If anyone has any specific suggestions
