I ran across an auroral radar network that says they are doing research in the HF range. I'm trying to find out what frequencies they use. One site is in Kodiak. http://superdarn.jhuapl.edu/ Not sure if these sites are the culprits but I hear a radar on 3800 khz at 1400z and it is LOUD.
