The weather conditions got very bad in last 48 hours. Very high wind and
heavy rain caused problems with the generator which send 300V instead of
220V. So, two power supplies and the PK232 are out of order. Unfortunatly,
it won't be now possible to make RTTY contacts.
Today, stations worked on batteries and an old generator. If this generator
gets out also, the team would be back sooner to Reunion Isl.
August 11th 2000
The old rescue genertor got some problems today,which stop the trafic for a
moment. The weather is not very nice and forecasts for next days are worse.
2 Stations will be packed monday,and they will keep one station with a
triband beam thursday. The way back to Reunion isl is the 16 th august if
the wx conditions are good!
