Topband: False Dawn

Many thanks to the several of you who took the time to comment on this
phenomena. The reflection of sunlight through cosmic dust! I will try to
look into this a bit more to see if there could be some connection with the
predawn propagation peaks. I sometimes experience excellent pre dawn
propagation.
