Topband: cabrillo file conversion

Hello,
  I found a file conversion utility which is freeware by ka5wss located at:
http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/
  It says it will convert arrl vhf qso logs which are output on CT and other 
programs to cabrillo format but I haven't been able to get it to do work. This 
would really make it easy to get the Stew Perry cabrillo format if it works.  
Has anyone tried it with success?  73, Al K7CA
