Being a ham on a small lot, and not even using a vertical, I worked 23 countries and all 48 states in the winter season of 1999-2000. This was all done on SSB with a low 35' 160 meter wire dipole. Of course, I did run max power. However, whatever way works, works. It can be done. Next year though, a vertical for sure. K2WH |
