Topband: K1B This Morning

Forced myself out of bed at 0430 local and K1B was
about S6 with lotsa QRN crashes. He seemed to be
hearing very well and was getting (slightly) louder at
0500 local (0900Z) when I went back to bed.

(WI5A - he did not get his report - you need to do it
again!)
