Topband: Power Coupling in the USA

The variability in takeoff angle certainly adds another
dimension to the problem here.  The quantitative data
on power coupling from NM7M and others (see the article
by K9LA, for example, in the latest issue of the Low
Band Monitor) is for a specific takeoff angle. 
Question to the "experts":  Is the power coupling
dependent on takeoff angle?  If so, can we see numbers
on power coupling at higher and lower angles?
