You can top load it for 160 meters with a couple of wires about 50 meters long. If it is series resonant on 160, it will be parallel resonant on 80. You can feed it as a voltage fed antenna on 80 with a simple LC network. We used an antenna like this in the winter of '99 (it was actually 90 feet high).
