Topband: 9Y4/DL6RAI on topband

Hi all,

Well 9Y4 is not very far but when your counting down to DXCC on topband
they all count.  I worked 9Y4/DL6RAI on 1.837 CW at 06:47utc on 18Feb03.
He was sorta camped out on 80M and I worked him there too and every once
in a while he'd QSY to 160M.  He may have some trouble hearing as I worked
him and others called him without him answering.  The 9Y4 signal was about
549
so he may hear down from that.
