Dear Lowfers, On the low end (1800 - 1820) of topband I can hear lots of strange (beacon?) signals about 822 Hz apart with the maximum around 1812 kHz. They are only audible at night, so probably real propagating HF signals and not coming from the power line. Does anybody know what they are? 73, DX and cuagn Thomas, DJ5DT 09 May 2004 *********** thomas I have had the same sigs for about 2 weeks .they are there in daytime also ,I am only 1km from 440Kvolt line 73 peter g4jbr _________________________________________________________________ Tired of 56k?
