Back on the 70's a very popular areial over here for those who had the location was the Rhombiquad..... this was 60ft per side andf elevated at 60 feet, fed with open wire feeder. I was fortunate to have suitable trees and used one on all bands from 80 to 10. The band it really excelled was 80m (full wave loop) and on several occasions I worked VE nad W with 5 w of SSB.
